By using AstralKind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a report.

What AstralKind Provides

AstralKind provides astrology chart previews and AI-assisted natal chart reports for self-reflection and entertainment. Reports are based on birth details provided by the customer and chart data calculated by the app.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth and checkout information if you want a more accurate report.
• Use your own email address for account access and purchases.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape the site, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not rely on AstralKind for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Purchases and Access

Paid reports are one-time digital purchases. After payment confirmation, the report is unlocked for the checkout email and can be reopened through the report library.

For real payment providers, access may depend on successful provider confirmation through webhook or equivalent payment status verification.

Content Ownership

AstralKind owns the site design, software, prompts, report structure, and generated product experience. Customers may use their purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI and Astrology Limitations

Astrology reports and AI-generated language can be incomplete, symbolic, or inaccurate. AstralKind does not promise specific outcomes, predictions, compatibility results, or life events.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to preserve paid report access, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AstralKind disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AstralKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
