This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for one-time digital report purchases.
Overview
AstralKind sells one-time digital astrology reports. Because reports are generated and unlocked digitally, refunds are reviewed case by case rather than handled like physical product returns.
When Refunds Are Usually Approved
- Duplicate purchase of the same report.
- Payment succeeded but the report could not be unlocked after support review.
- AI generation failed and we cannot provide a replacement report.
- Accidental purchase reported promptly before meaningful report access.
When Refunds May Be Declined
- The report was successfully generated, unlocked, and accessed.
- The request is based only on disagreement with an astrology interpretation.
- The customer provided incorrect birth details and did not request help promptly.
- The purchase is connected to abuse, fraud, or payment dispute misuse.
Request Window
Please request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Include the checkout email, approximate purchase time, and reason for the request.
How To Request
Send refund requests to [email protected] from the email used at checkout. Replace this working contact before launch if a different support address is used.
Payment Provider Timing
Approved refunds are submitted through the payment provider. Bank and card processing times are outside AstralKind's control.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with access or report generation, contact support first. Chargebacks may cause report access to be suspended while the provider reviews the dispute.
