AstralKind collects the information needed to calculate and save a birth chart reading, including name, birth date, birth time, birth city, selected reading focus, email address, and purchase status.

We may also receive limited payment metadata from a payment provider, such as order status, payment event identifiers, currency, and amount. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

• Calculate chart placements and generate free previews.
• Create and save paid reports linked to the checkout email.
• Process checkout, unlock reports, and prevent duplicate payment events.
• Respond to support requests, refund requests, and account access questions.
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality.

AI Report Generation

Paid reports may be generated with an AI provider using structured chart data from the app. The AI provider receives chart context and report instructions, not payment card details.

Please do not submit sensitive health, financial, legal, government identifier, or emergency information through birth details or support messages.

Cookies and Account Access

AstralKind uses a local account email cookie so returning customers can open their report library without creating a password account. You can clear cookies in your browser to remove this local session.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, payment processing, AI report generation, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.

Retention and Deletion

We keep chart, report, order, and payment event records for as long as needed to provide access, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Children

AstralKind is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or if you cannot consent to the processing of your information.

International Processing

If you access AstralKind from outside the country where our systems or providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different privacy rules.
